Legal Disclaimer & State Disclosures

Connecticut · Massachusetts · New Jersey — Draft v0.1 (June 2026)

DRAFT — NOT YET REVIEWED BY COUNSEL. This page is a working draft prepared for internal review. Before this site exits beta, this disclaimer must be reviewed and approved by an attorney licensed to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey, respectively. It is not legal advice and has no legal effect until that review is complete.

1. Who we are — and who we are not

agent.chat is a technology product of Coework LLC. It is a lead-intake, triage, and routing tool. agent.chat is not an insurance company, not an insurance agency, and not a licensed insurance producer, broker, or adviser in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or any other state, unless and until a license is obtained and displayed here. All insurance advice, coverage interpretations, quotations, binding, and policy servicing are performed exclusively by licensed insurance professionals to whom your information is routed.

[PLACEHOLDER — if Coework LLC or an affiliate obtains a producer or agency license in any state, list legal entity name, license type, license number, and NPN here, per state requirements.]

2. No coverage advice; non-binding indications

3. How we are compensated

Coework LLC may receive fees from participating agents or agencies for delivering qualified leads. This compensation does not change the premium you pay. agent.chat is carrier-agnostic: routing decisions are based on risk-profile fit (standard vs. complex), not on compensation.

4. Contact consent (TCPA) and credit information (FCRA)

You will only be contacted if you provide your contact information and give affirmative consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), which is recorded verbatim with a timestamp. You may revoke consent at any time (e.g., by replying STOP to texts). If consumer-report information is used in connection with your application, only a soft inquiry is performed during triage, your authorization is requested first, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — including Adverse Action notice rights — applies.
